Associate - Victoria K. Lin

Victoria K. Lin (vlin@smymlaw.com)  has joined as an associate with Spector, Middleton, Young & Minney, LLP.  Her professional background includes externing for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California and interning for the State of California Department of Justice Criminal Writs, Trials and Appeals division in San Francisco .  Prior to joining Spector, Middleton, Young & Minney, LLP, Victoria focused her practice on litigation in law and motion, and insurance defense with Matheny, Sears, Linkert & Long, LLP.   She also worked as the Assistant Comment Editor for The Transnational Lawyer, at McGeorge School of Law’s International Law Review.    Victoria earned her B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis, and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law.
