Michael Middleton (mmiddleton@smymlaw.com)  attended University of California at Davis, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1989. Attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1992. Admitted to the California Bar in 1992. Member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, the Sacramento County Bar Association, Construction Law, Business Law and Real Estate Sections, Building Industry Association, the American Subcontractor Association, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel and the Painting and Decorating Contractors of California. His practice focuses on general construction law, business litigation and counseling, construction defect and injury defense and school litigation.
