Associate - Chastin H. Pierman 

Chastin  H. Pierman (cpierman@smymlaw.com) is a Sacramento native, daughter of an over 20 year school district employee, and granddaughter of a former New York School District Superintendent. She graduated magna cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a B.A. in International Business Administration where she was the four year recipient of the President’s Scholarship, Dean’s List Honors, and the International Business Student of the Year award. Chastin attended McGeorge School of Law where she received the Barrister’s Scholarship, Dean’s List Honors, and Honors in International Oral Advocacy. She instructed law students in the McGeorge International Advocacy Program through a Teaching Assistantship and also worked in the areas of medical malpractice and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She studied both Spanish and German extensively and dances ballet, tap, and Polynesian. Chastin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
